We don't work with a list of 400 randomly selected companies. We delve deep and search for all the companies that could actually buy you. Everything that's a good fit for you. We reviewed various sources, databases, and tools to find real companies.

Then we clean the information, remove duplicates, and filter out what's irrelevant. Next, we analyze each company to ensure it makes sense to contact them. We don't just send out emails willy-nilly. In 2–3 weeks, you have something much more powerful than a list: you have a complete map of your market.

About pricing and payments


$300 USD per qualified meeting. No variable billing or monthly surprises.


There are no additional or monthly installation costs.


The prepaid meeting package model works as follows:

1 credit = 1 completed meeting ($300).

Meetings are purchased in credit packages (10, 20, 40, etc.).

A credit is only consumed when the meeting takes place and the prospect stays on the call for at least 10 minutes.

If the prospect does not show up, cancels, or leaves before 10 minutes, the credit is not consumed.

Credits remain active as long as the campaign is running.

If the campaign is paused for more than 60 consecutive days, any remaining credits expire due to the allocation of resources and tools required to keep the campaign active.

There are no hidden fees. There is no variable billing. You only pay for real meetings.


You only pay for the meeting if it meets the requirements: the prospect showed up, fits the ICP, has the problem, and has authority or budget.

We handle scheduling the meetings. Your team handles closing them.

If meetings are not consistently converting into sales, the issue is usually with the offer, pricing, or the sales process—not the quality of the meeting.




About the process


We use our own Google infrastructure. You don't have to worry about domains, mailboxes, warm-up, or deliverability. We take care of everything.


We do. When someone shows interest, we take care of the entire follow-up: answering their questions, addressing objections, suggesting times, and confirming the meeting. You only step in once the meeting is scheduled on your calendar.




Regarding quality and results


We define this together before starting the pilot, but in general it would be as follows:

They show up to the scheduled call.
They fit your ICP (company size, industry, role).
They have the problem you solve.
They have the budget or authority to make the purchasing decision.


If the meetings consistently turn out to be poor, it means something is failing in the targeting or in how the leads are being qualified. We fix it.

We can adjust the ICP filters, improve the messaging, or tell you honestly that cold email may not be the best channel for your market.


This varies greatly depending on the product, the sales cycle, and the deal size. We cannot control your close rate.

What we can say is that if the meetings are well qualified and your sales process is solid, you should see conversion rates similar to those of other channels in your funnel.

For example, if you normally close 20% of your inbound demos, it is reasonable to expect something similar from meetings generated through cold email.


It depends heavily on three things: how large your total addressable market (TAM) is, how strong your offer is, and how that market responds.

If your market is smaller (for example, between 10,000 and 30,000 companies), it is typical to generate between 5 and 15 meetings per month.

If the market is larger (more than 50,000 companies), it is possible to reach 20–50 meetings per month.

In any case, before starting, we provide you with a more realistic estimate based on your specific situation.




Comparison questions


An in-house SDR can cost you around $80,000 per year, including salary, tools, commissions, and supervision. And even then, it can take several months before you see consistent results.

When you divide that cost by the number of meetings generated, many companies end up paying more than $1,000 per meeting.

With us, you pay when we schedule a meeting; then, you pay per meeting with no salary, no management overhead, and no ramp-up time.

Additionally, we provide the infrastructure, data sources, and expertise. An SDR requires you to supply all of that.


Most agencies charge a retainer of between $5,000 and $10,000 per month, with a minimum commitment of 3 to 6 months, regardless of whether it works or not.

We only charge when a qualified prospect actually shows up to the call and you can have a real conversation with them. If the prospect doesn’t show up, cancels, or leaves early, you don’t pay.

Additionally, most agencies stop at generating replies. We handle both the response management and the meeting scheduling.


Of course you can do it. But you’ll have to handle everything yourself:

Build your own TAM list, set up the sending infrastructure, write the emails, monitor deliverability, respond to prospects, and schedule the meetings.

If you have the time and experience to do it well, great. Do it.

But the reality is that most people have neither the time nor the desire. They prefer to focus on what actually drives the business: closing deals, not managing the entire cold email operation.


Most failed cold email attempts come down to three very clear things:

The offer is poorly positioned (asking for a cold sales call instead of offering something of value).

The targeting is bad (blasting emails to everyone and hoping someone responds).

The infrastructure is poorly set up (you end up in spam or with burned domains).

On the evaluation call, we’ll look at exactly what went wrong and whether it can be fixed.

And if cold email simply isn’t the right channel for your market, we’ll tell you that directly.




Questions about market adjustment


Yes, it can work if the offer is presented well. When the product is complex, you can’t expect the prospect to understand the entire solution from the first email.

Instead of asking for a call right away to explain the platform, what works better is to offer something concrete first: an audit, an analysis, or some specific result that demonstrates value before asking for their time.


Yes. We follow CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other standard compliance practices.

All emails include a clear unsubscribe link, real sender information, and we never use purchased lists or contact people who have already unsubscribed.

If your company has specific compliance requirements, we can adapt to them as well.


We work with both. This model works with any B2B business that has a large enough market and a clear value proposition.

Risk and commitment


There are no long-term contracts. After the pilot, you can leave the program whenever you want.

The only money at stake is the cost of the implementation pilot and the meeting credits you’ve purchased in advance that have not yet been used.

That said, if the campaign is paused for more than 60 consecutive days, any remaining credits will expire, since keeping the campaign active requires allocating resources and tools.


Yes, if needed. Most of our clients don’t request it, but we can sign a standard NDA without any problem before you share any sensitive information about your product or your business.


Yes. During the implementation pilot, you will review the entire campaign strategy, including the exact emails that will be sent and personalized examples for real prospects. Nothing is sent without your approval.
